Coronavirus Alert

To our Clients: In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Rounds & Sutter LLP is taking the necessary actions to continue to serve our clients with the highest quality legal services. As you are aware, the situation is ever-changing as we adhere to the CDC’s recommendations and the State of California emergency civil “stay-at-home” order to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. Accordingly, we have implemented the following:

  • All of our staff is working remotely. Consequently, Rounds & Sutter LLP has made adjustments to our telephone system to facilitate remote access. Please be patient as our answering service routes your calls to the appropriate personnel. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

  • All communications will be conducted via telephone, email, or video conference (if available). The Courts have relaxed their standards as to the requirement of obtaining original signatures. In addition, Court appearances (with limited exceptions) are now being conducted telephonically.

We hope to return to our normal business practices as soon as possible and will continue to update you on any new developments. We are here for you now and will be here for you after this crisis has abated. Thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented and trying times.
